Meet Chunk Norris. He came to us at around 1 to 2 days old with his sister and mom, opened his eyes for the first time here in the shelter. His sister has been adopted already. He is around 6 months old and looking for his forever home. Currently being fostered and is already housetrained. Great with kids, cats, dogs. He is a wiggly boy and doesn't understand how big he is yet. If interested in Chunk Norris, please contact us to set up a time to meet him.

Meet west a rottweiler mix. West has been with us for 361 day. West came in at 35 pounds and heartworm positive. He is currently around 60 pounds and a very energetic boy. Has had his heartworm treatments but will need a check up around April to confirm it worked. If you are interested in West and need an adventure buddy with plenty of energy. Message us or give us a call for more info.

Huge thank you to Vera Lund with the Coffee County Humane Society and Brian Pumphrey for helping us get three of our dogs out of the cold! All of the rest are also sheltered indoors temporarily until weather permits.

UPDATE OZZY GOT ADOPTED!!!!

Meet ozzy. Ozzy has been with us since he was 8 weeks old. He came in when his litter was left at food lion in January of 2024. He has been with us for 371 days and turned 1 year old here at the shelter. Ozzy is a sweet boy who would love to learn there's more to life than the kennels. If you would be interested in teaching ozzy there's more to life, please contact us.
