Good afternoon! Starting to feel a bit like fall outside. Today we have these Chestnut Mushrooms available at our stand. These ones are a favorite by many of our customers! Shiitake are a very slow growing mushroom. These took over 3 months to grow from start to finish, in our highly sterile, climate controlled environment. These mushrooms have many health benefits and contain one of the highest natural occurances of copper, which supports healthy blood vessels, bones, and immune support.
