Three Fillies Farm is currently offering a position at our farm for someone who would like to join our team and live on-site in exchange for the work. You will have enough time to hold another job, if you choose to for income.
We have a 15-stall horse barn with an indoor arena and are seeking only serious individuals who are willing to work at least 5 days a week feeding, turn in/out and cleaning stalls daily.
The right person will possess the following characteristics:
- Honest
- Lover of animals, especially horses
- Timely
- Hard working
- Attention to detail
- Calm but outgoing personality
- Experience would be preferable, but will train the right person
You will have time to Looking for someone to join our family, so please, if this personality doesn't fit you, please make it easy on both of us and don't apply.
The previous person who has worked with us for the past 3+ years has started a new chapter of their life and will be unable to continue on with us, however, they will around to help transition the new person(s).
You don't have to be my new best friend, but you must be able to get along with others and be kind to both the horses and my boarders. I don't have many, but the ones I have are like family!
