Hello, Everyone! 🐾🤍
It's been a while since our last post, and many of you have noticed some changes happening! Let us quickly update you on all the recent developments and share the reasons behind them.
❕Let's begin with the most significant change that has caused some confusion lately.
You may have noticed a few new names appearing on our page! Currently, Pupz Pet Spa has two groomers, each managing their own schedule, check-ins, check-outs, and clients.
At the moment, we have two groomers at our shop:
Brittany Mitchell - Pupz Pet Spa, LLC (606)594-9833
Brittany Jackson - Muttin’ Fancy grooming (606)594-2832
You can also contact both of us through our pages!
(Our best wishes to GG’s on their new journey 🙏🏼)

❕During this transition, you might receive appointment reminders from both Pupz and Muttin’ Fancy as we're still refining our processes. Brittany Jackson from Muttin’ Fancy has been with us for over a year and has been grooming the Pupz under her new brand! All existing appointments remain valid, and if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us!

🖤These changes are intended to benefit both our Pupz and our groomers. I was overwhelmed with too many tasks and was close to burnout. As we reflect on the past year, we're filled with gratitude for all the amazing memories we've shared together. With 2023 behind us, we look forward to spoiling our four-legged friends even more in the year ahead. Here's to a blessed and prosperous New Year! ❤️🐾

Our team has recently taken a break to recharge our batteries and enjoy some rest, relaxation and much needed family time! Pupz Pet Spa, LLC will be offering “oh crap I forgot” (ocif) appointments throughout this whole next week. These are appointments for those like me who has a mind of a goldfish and waits for the last minute for everything but wants their Pupz all cleaned up for Christmas!

These appointments are not the same as our normal appointments they will be additional fees and restrictions. Listed below 👇

🐾These are Bath and Tidy packages ONLY!

🐾 a “Ocif” fee of $25 (this fee is because we are giving up our personal and family time to accommodate these appointments)

🐾 Must pay a $25 dollar deposit for the appointment. (Which will cover the OCIF fee)

🐾 These appointments are for Dogs only 🐶(sorry kitties, I feel like it would be to loud in the shop for you all. We will be more than happy to schedule you after the holidays ❤️)

🐾 Dogs with a mated coat will not be accepted for these appointments (working on a mated coat takes a lot of extra time, we can schedule these appointments after the holidays) must provide pictures of the Pupz before appointment))

These appointments will not last long. We have had appointments fill up within 3 minutes of posting before so don’t be like me and procrastinate this time! 😂

Also using the correct tools will be the most beneficial as well. If you are not sure what tools to buy for your Pupz message us and we will be more then happy send you links for the tools that works best for your Pupz and their coat types! 🐾🐩

It’s been way to long since we have made a post.
All of our sweet doggies and clients have been keeping us busy! ❤️🐾

Starting this week we are going to try to stay more active on our social media!

Due to circumstances completely out of our control. We are having to make some big changes for Pupz Pet Spa, LLC.

Some of the changes that will be taking place is:

🐾new scheduling system
🐾new drop off/pick up times
🐾new service menu
🐾price increase
🐾 new policies and procedures
🐾 a new set up for recurring appointments
🐾We will not be accepting any new appointments till further notice

We do understand these changes will be a lot at first but we do ask for you to be patient with us. We are working to make our pet salon more zen and stress free for our clients, Pupz and employees!

(I didn’t not post the new recurring appointment system at this time. We will posting more details once we are able to get all the appointments switched over to our new system and able to connect each recurring client individually.
