IVC welcomes Brandy Struecker as our new veterinary technician! Brandy graduated as a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2006 from Ridgewater College in Wilmar, MN. She spent 17 years in small and mixed animal practice gaining experience with a variety of species and advancing her technical skills. Brandy is excited to once again share in the client-animal-bond at our clinic on top of her very exciting work as LVT for our own Dakota Zoo, where she is highly regarded for her skills, leadership and compassion.
Brandy can see some small animal appointments on her own on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, such as nail trims, gland expression and certain injections. Stop in to meet the newest member of IVC’s team! Open Monday (23rd) and Friday (27th) this coming week from noon to 5:30!

Ruby, our first penguin hatched at Dakota Zoo turned one this month! Dr. Fyfe and the zookeepers got to celebrate with her! ☺️
We are excited to announce expanded small animal appointments into Mondays as well as our regular Wednesdays. More expanded hours are planned, too. Call for your appointment today!

Did you know that 2 of our veterinarians at Interstate Vet Clinic are the veterinarians at Bismarck's Dakota Zoo? Drs Jacob and Tanya share all sorts of adventures in their day-to-day happenings at the zoo. Every patient is so different and both veterinarians absolutely love what they do!

Dr.Fyfe got to meet/play with Molly and Luna yesterday! The puppies are sisters and they are an adorable rescue story for two of our clients! Only Molly was a fan of the Easy Cheese club... hopefully Dr.Fyfe can convince Luna that she's not a meanie at their next booster appointment!

If you have not seen the projected temperatures from here to Tuesday, make sure you stay on top of it!
PLEASE take care of your animals!!

**NOTE** We know there are some dogs that love and can thrive in the cold, and we know those breeds can be stubborn to bring inside. However, there are cold temps and there are DANGEROUS temps.
The next several days will be dangerous temps. We are just asking that everyone be cautions and take extra measures to ensure the safety of your pets and of others.

YOUR PETS CANNOT SURVIVE IN THE EXTREME TEMPS THAT ARE HEADED OUR WAY
If you absolutely cannot bring them inside, please ensure they have proper shelter and ways to keep warm in these temps!
