When you log in, scroll WAAAAAY to the bottom of your dashboard and hit "Service Agreements" to sign through our Boarding/Daycare, Grooming, Group Play, Medical, Unaltered, Payment, and Abandonment agreements. This can save you up to 20 minutes at check in!

Daycare dogs:
You do NOT need a reservation to come in Mon-Fri

Boarding dogs & cats / Grooming dogs:
You DO need a reservation to come in, any time.

HEY ALL! WE HAVE A NEW APP! We are partnering with PawPartner to reduce our paper use and help make all of YOUR lives easier!
Once we go live, with just the tap of a few buttons you will be able to:
1. Request / Update / Cancel boarding or grooming reservations
2. Upload grooming inspiration photos
3. Upload most recent vaccination photos
4. Pick the most embarrassing photo for your pet's profile pic
5. Update your contact information as you need to (emails, phone numbers, addresses)
6. Fill out the agreements and contracts BEFORE coming in
7. Reminders for upcoming appointments and notifications when they are done being tortu--- I mean... pampered!

AND SO MUCH MORE!

Hello!

We have upgraded our reservation system. You should now receive an email reminding you of your upcoming grooming appointment. There will likely be a few glitches as we get this going. As we were setting this up, our test emails were being sent to our spam folder. You will likely have to go into your spam folder and mark any emails from [email protected] as safe. We will only send out emails to confirm appointments or as a reminder that we need updated shot records for your pet.
