I can say with confidence that the number of horses throughout the years that pull you in close for a hug with their head is under a dozen! I have not seen that often although we do have a ton of really NICE + top notch horses, that I guess is just a more rare quality! And keep in mind this is coming from a barn that trains with a few hundred every single year!

Throughout the last couple months with us she has really been packing on weight and muscle, and filling out. Babs has no vices. Stall or pasture board she doesn't mind either. No maintenance. Barefoot. No limitations. Big fancy mover that can cover some serious ground if asked! No lunging needed just tack up and ride off! Super broke mare, one hand neck reins, stands at the mounting block and brings you back at the end of the ride👌 Babs is a really friendlyand sweet horse, she wants to be friends with everything that moves. She ties, trailers quiet, stands perfect for the farrier. This is a fun mare to have and ride, lopes right off, real smooth horse! Been rode down the gravel roads to the range, trotted poles, popped over crossrails, logs, carried the flag, seen & heard a whole lot of things that spook many horses but she didn't pay no mind to it. Babs has been rode at a few state parks on trails, been to bonfires, handled by youth, had a rope swung over and off her. This mare has had EXCELLENT training throughout her life and it shows! She acts much older then she is and rides like shes atleast double her age!

Meet Archie~
5yr old 17hand gelding, this one is a looker 😍and SAFE! Coat looks black, has a nice big star, and a few other white markings. Dream big (compete, teach the kids to ride, start a lesson program, trailer and ride in the mountains etc). This guy is EVERYTHING one could want and some! What he is not is fast, he does not seem to have any true speed. He will try his heart out for you but if it involves speed probably wont be coming home with a ribbon. Archie sold as a yearling for a whopping 70K!😮 lovely set of papers too w/many of the most highly sought after names like Pioneer of the Nile, Bertrando, Unbridled, and Runaway Groom to name a few. Archie raced minimally and said goodbye to track life a few months ago as he just wasnt getting any faster. This hunk has personality, point & go, mid pecking order, has a nice thicker winter coat coming in.

Archie is an old soul,🦄 he has so much heart and love to give, this is one of thee kindest + sweetest ♥️♥️😍horses I have ever had walk through our doors EVER! Being around him he gives off this can do no wrong type of vibe, he's such a good boy! If someone ever told me he did something remotely naughty I wouldn't believe it. Yes he's a horse BUT you meet him and I know you'll agree! Archie is always on his best behavior, he whole heartedly loves kids and it's mutual! EVERYONE adores him! ❤️ He always gives 💯! This big + ultra HANDSOME mister is well broke, anyone can ride him! If you can get on a horse and hold reins you can ride him! He has a beautiful toe flicking trot, smooth canter so smooth that he has been the first horse a few amateur kids first cantered on.

Currently has front shoes on as hes in work and occasionally rides on gravel. Has been rode in the arena and out, on trails, and rather rough terrain- steep hills, rocks, sand, water, mud, thick brush etx. Been to our obstacle course a few times, rode around heavy machinery, variety of other farm animals, barking dogs, kids yelling etc. Easykeeper and packing on weight with a forage based diet and minimal grain. No vices. Has patience! Tacks up quick and easy, no silly business! Archie has no baby brain. Loads and trailers quiet. Easy to catch, hes always right up at the gate once he sees someone.

Meet Piper~
Look at the face on her! 🥰 14yr old red dun QH mare registered with the AQHA. Stands 15/15.1hands tall. Piper is a really SWEET mare that we rescued from the killpen pipeline just weeks ago. She is healthy, utd on everything accross the board, is said to have been a broodmare throughout her life with no history of any issues, and no reason as to why she cannot have a future job in saddle. We followed a paper trail on Piper that put us in touch with a breeding barn in Canada that apparently had her for years in which time she had 3 foals. They brought her and it sounds like others to an auction in the US and that's how she ended up in the pipeline. I was told her foals all had fantastic temperaments like her and were smart, and easy to train. She is said to be bred back to one of their reining stallions, I'll attach a pic. No vet confirmation of pregnancy but vets did say it may have just been too early along. If she is in foal it can be papered.

Piper is beautiful and loves attention♥️ It's pretty obvious she hasnt gotten much of it in her lifetime sadly. I am told she whinnies for staff at the quarantine barn, is a big fan of grain which has taken her some time to get used to, she used to be scared of being brushed but now is like a whole nother horse! Love and proper care has gone a long ways with her! Piper has began walking up to her gate and looking for people, her ears perk up when she hears staff. This is the next chapter of her life, she's here now, and she deserve a real family of her own this time! This mare has tons of potential! Her bestie named Sugar is the chocolate palomino mare in several of the pics, they were rescued together, and are pastured together now as well. Barefoot. Leads, loads, trailers quiet, stands tied, easy to catch, stands for the farrier, no maintenance needs. No vices.

Piper was not cheap just because she was rescued, she is still a papered QH mare with color. She is sound, sane, barefoot, and is putting on some weight on the all you can eat alfalfa buffet she's currently on.😁 We will take update pics soon and can at request as well if theres any specific ones you'd like!

UPDATE 11/1- Swagger has found a forever family! ♥️

Meet Swagger~ ***LOW ###X***
This boy is one of my own so this listing is no easy task to write.. Ive shed alot of tears over this and my heart hurts but I do truly feel this is what's best for him. We love him so much and care about him being genuinely happy that is why we have ultimately decided to rehome him so that he can live his best life.
Swagger was purchased by us to fill some petty big shoes and be an all around family mount, to use around the ranch, trails, and gaming. He is kid broke, safe, and GENTLE. A short while after I purchased him he started coming back from rides sore, we thought it was shoes and switched it up, gave him some time off and it continued. Over the following months he was seen at two equine hospitals, multiple vets, had several series of xrays pulled, we did blockers, several lameness exams, and in the end we were told he had navicular. I did not want to believe this diagnosis and had never had one of my own get this diagnosis so it scared me.

What I know now is that it's often manageable with osphos or equiox, one of the many types of coffin joint injections, and shoes in combination with xrays that can assist with getting the horse comfortable by applying pressure where it should be and according to palmer angles. I was told his navicular was not severe that "they had seen much worse" so over time we focused on corrective shoeing, to date our farrier has probably tried atleast 6 or 7 different custom shoes on him none of which significantly brought him back to being riding sound at more then a walk. The shoes that helped the most were gel. He is currently barefoot and pasture sound walks and trots around just like all other horses.

He rides sound at a walk but will come back sore if hes out for a longer ride. I refuse to have him live off of bute for my own benefit to be able to ride him regularly or for longer rides so we just dont and he doesn't have a job currently. We tried 3 different injections none of which helped. Tried Osphos but I didnt see any difference either. Currently he is living life as a ridiculously handsome pasture puff but I know he wants more. He is a LOVER!!!! I know he wants to be groomed up, loved on, and have some sort of job on a more regular basis. Swagger loved to have a job prior and now he stands at the gate often. 💔 He has endless patience and would be a fabulous therapy addition to a program at the college, a barn or with a family.

About him~
12yr old dun roan gelding registered with the AQHA 16hands. GORGEOUS 😍 GORGEOUS horse!!! No vices. Currently takes no meds and doesn't display any symptoms of discomfort. He is an easykeeper and chunky, like 1400lbs type of chunky.🙃 He eats well! Winters well! Gets a great winter coat. Babysits a few colts and takes his job seriously. Trailers like a pro and stands perfectly for vetting, grooming, bathing etc. Quiet. A gentleman. Loves peppermints and grooming. Swagger has a big personality, lines up for the farrier, loves kisses, butt & neck pats, his hair braided, is extremely bright and will slide and open a stall door if not closed all the way. Loves to try and steal things out of pockets, licks my hair, unzips my jackets, has tried to steal my phone multiple times!🤣 Big puppy personality! Really fun to be around! Wears a size 80 blanket when weather gets nasty out. Loves our dogs. Is pasture board with several other geldings currently but has been turned out with mares before and did perfectly fine. Does not test fencing. Is not a trouble maker. We've used him for clinics, educational training, lessons etc. He is a finished ranch horse with gaming experience, has had several youth riders throughout the years. Fancy broke.

We will be picky, I will want updates and there will be a rehoming fee, and buyback on him. I will not have him flipped for a quick buck. We want him loved and happy! ♥️ In all honesty your vet may have another approach we haven't tried or you may have a farrier that has other ideas and you may get him back riding sound and in regular work. We trust our vets and our farrier but sometimes a different approach is the answer that's why many people get second, third, even fourth opinions. I've seen this myself many times with horses. We do not have to rehome Swagger by any means but if there is a good fit out their that can give him more of a regular job then we'd love to have that chat! This is a very very nice horse!!! Well bred! Rides english & western equally as well!
