Bandit is one of my puppies from 17 yrs ago.
This is his baby picture and a current picture just sent to me.
He is still with us and enjoying his life with his wonderful caring family.
He doesn’t always like seeing me for a grooming but will see him in couple weeks for a summer doo.

So Thor went to the vet because owner mom was worried he was loosing alot of hair. The vet did blood work, talked about allergies and different diseases it could be. Prescribed flea med even thought no fleas, drew blood just because and scared the owner of what it could be which some of them being a death sentence.
Several hundreds of dollars later the vet in addition billed them a 40.00 bottle of shampoo and recommended that she bath him monthly.

So instead of calling the vet maybe call your trusted groomer first.

All he needed was a good bath because he was terribly dirty and the hair loss is just the normal shedding out most shedding breeds do this time of year.
