There aren't enough words to describe what Sherri meant to ASCAS! She poured her heart and soul into her job, the animals, and all of the staff/volunteers at the shelter. There isn't a day that goes by that we won't miss Sherri, but her legacy will continue to live on at the shelter as we continue our mission. Thank you Sherri for everything that you gave, and did for the shelter. We love you!

Holiday joy is still in the air at ASCAS. Our sweet Missy (left) is thrilled to now have a forever home which includes her new younger brother, Gino (right). They instantly hit it off. As much as she'll be missed here, we are more than happy for her and her new family. Enjoy your much deserved 'second chance', Missy! (Once the adoption was finalized, the siblings were so full of excitement, it was impossible to get them to sit for a photo)

Angel Tree 2024

Thank you so much to everyone that donated and supported our Angel Tree for the animals this year! Also, a big thank you to our wonderful volunteers that came out to the shelter yesterday to pass out toys and turkey to all of the animals. The animals thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

We are so appreciative to every single person to all of you!

One of our long term residents got a wonderful early Christmas Present this week-A new dad! Dr. Strange has been with us for 2 1/2 years and finally his person came! We hope that more of our long term residents get the same gift very soon! Happy Tails Dr. Strange!
