Who remembers Thunder, formerly Finn, from our winter litter. We received some updated pictures of him and isn't he just stunning😍. His most recent vet appointment weighed him in at 113lbs😱. He's one big boy.

This a good example to confirm that weight is only an estimate. And the size of the parents doesn't always guarantee the size of their offspring.

Pupdate on miss Riley, formerly Juliet.

"Update on Riley🤩she was 41 lbs at the last vet visit so probably 43 44 now. She is growing soo fast! She knows sit stay lay down and shake paw. The cats are still not her friend but they have moved to the tolerate stage lol she gets so many compliments on how beautiful she is🥰"

We had a busy weekend hanging out with family and celebrating our moms.
But we want to wish a happy belated 2nd birthday to our very first ridgetop shepherds litter. The car litter.

Honey now goes by Layla. She had a vet visit today and weighs 38 pounds. Isn't she just stunning🥰
Her family adores her and in true german shepherd fashion she is a velcro dog and is stuck like glue to her owners hip.

Honey was our last baby to get a forever family. She officially left for her new home yesterday. She went all the way to Massachusetts. Everyone was so excited to meet and love on her.

And miss Honey got to stay with us a little longer until her owners could arrange pickup. So she gets spoiled playing with the kids, going in the car, and she even went to school for my son's show and tell. She was a hit and did so well with all the students.

Honey is still looking for a family to love on and love on her back. And her personality is just as her name suggests, as sweet as honey. Honey is a very affectionate girl. Loves to give love and loves to receive it. She is bold and confident and explores her surroundings with ease. And just look at her coat. Beautiful markings and her colors are so rich. She is used to other dogs and young children and is socialized with both daily. I love this girl to bits and i'd love for her to find a family that loves her as much as I do.

A clip from dinnertime yesterday. I am greeted this way everytime I go out to the puppy pen. Whether it's breakfast time, dinnertime time, clean up time, or just to play with them. Best thing about puppies is, if they love you, they act like they haven't seen you in weeks when it may have only been 5 minutes or a couple hours😂 There's always love to give.
We feed our puppies purina pro plan puppy food and they go absolutely crazy over it. When they first start on kibble we grind it to smaller granules for the puppies to get used to it. As time passes we let the granules get bigger and bigger until finally they are eating it whole. We also add a little bit of water to the dry food to add extra hydration and aid in digestion.

The puppies were introduced to the snow for the first time this morning.

It was bath day for these little ones. And honestly it was like wrestling a bunch of alligators at times😂 but they all did so so good.

We've been having warmer weather here and decided to take advantage of a warmer morning and introduce the pups to the outdoors. They did so good. No one was nervous. They jumped right in and played their little hearts out.

So, we got more snow. Dogs aren't complaining though.

Rory, taking a last minute potty break and running off some energy before making the long trip all the way to Alabama. This is the furthest away any of my puppies have gone. Her family is going to absolutely love her sweet but spunky personality.

Today was vet day for Rin and Rory. They received a check up, their second round of vaccinations, and of course lots of compliments. 2 puppies and 2 young children in the vets office is a recipe for commotion sometimes😅. But our vets office is always so kind and patient. Rory is sale pending at the moment but Rin is still fully available. If you're interested shoot me a message🙂

Thunder is headed to New York just soon to finally meet his family. We're going to miss him. But his new family is so excited and he's going to be so loved. Here's a video of him playing and running off some energy before making his long trip home.
