Due to sickness going around in the schools and in our area, we feel it is best to cancel the monthly meeting tonight. We were looking forward to seeing everyone and getting this season kicked off. However, with so many families with young kids, we decided this was best. Everyone stay healthy and we will see you all Feb 27th.

Hello all, Just wanted to let you know that the Mansfield Mansfield Church of the Nazarene has been so gracious to allow us to use their fellowship hall to host our monthly meeting. This is very appreciated as our clubhouse is not the best during these winter days. Hope to see you all there! Address has been updated in the event.

We are cancelling our last show for this Saturday ahead of what is the possibility of winter weather coming in. The forecast for Saturday has been all over the place and since we are in a holiday weekend with limited volunteers, it is best to cancel now.
The Mansfield Equine Club wants to wish each and everyone of you a Happy Thanksgiving and hope you enjoy your time with family and friends this weekend.

Hey all, This rain is crazy and we don't see a break in it before our show on the 9th to allow the arena to dry up. We have decided to try a reschedule for November 30th @ 1pm. We understand that this Thanksgiving weekend, and we invite you and your families out to join us. We will do the speed events for this event, and still plan to have concessions - nacho bar.

Come join us Saturday evening for our October Fun Show. Gates open 5pm, event starts at 6:30pm.

Anyone who would like to dress up in costume with their horse, we will do a costume contest during the Showmanship event. Please remember that for the Showmanship class - your horse will not have on a saddle.

Showmanship patterns included. These patterns are a bit more challenging than previous events. Pay attention to the instructions. Parents make sure you print them out or share them with your young riders.

Can't wait to see everyone Saturday evening!

Rain is staying away today. See you all tonight!

I was so looking forward to our September Fun Show last evening, however Friday the 13th reared its ugly head. The arena was looking great and had just the right amount of water on it...and then the bottom dropped out!

I apologize to anyone that didn't see the reschedule post, as it was pretty last minute that we had to cancel.
We are looking to September 20th as our rain out date. Show starts at 7:00pm, gates open at 5:30pm. I hope to see everyone there!

September 11th
Today we slow our horses and remove our hats,
We bow our heads and give thanks to those who have our backs.
For on this day, 18 years ago, we were blindsided by a terror, that only the evil know.
Friends became family and America became one, we rallied together, we fought, we won.
We shall never forget the lives that were taken,
And those who sacrificed all, to preserve and protect, our freedom
Today we are thankful to be able to sit atop our horse,
Seeing the world for what it is, and accepting our course.
We are reminded that this is a Nation of Liberty, United in Glory
And that evil attack is just but a part of our story.
The fight against good will always have hell,
Cause good is in our blood, and we defend our brothers well.
We are Free, and we have each other
We have God, and we need nothing other.
We dedicate our words today to all those who are currently serving, have served, have sacrificed, and every American who will Never Forget.
We are thankful for every person who loves this country.
Ride forward with love, pursue your dream, and hold those close to you tight.

Hey all,
Looking at future forecast for our September 13th show, it is looking like a pretty good chance of significant rain amounts. We will keep an eye on the forecast and make a call on rescheduling the event later in the week. Reschedule date would be Friday, September 20th. Keep following here for updates!
