Wishing everyone a safe and happy New Year's Eve. As of now I'm leaving it up to customers if they want me to come tomorrow, but with all the snow so far I may skip this week if it keeps up. The end of the week customers have everything been piling up that is now covered with snow and I don't feel right coming to someone's yard and maybe getting one or two things that have just happened in that day and charging for a full week. That's not right when I'm able to get there I'll have to make it up with more cleaning but that's the nature of the beast in outdoor work

Had a long time customer give me a Christmas card today with a gift card for a restaurant as a Christmas bonus. It's things like that make me understand that even though some people may think it's a silly job there are some people who really appreciate what we do because they need that. We really appreciate those kind of customers and thought this was a very nice gesture
