Trivia Tuesday at Paw Paw's! 🐾

Did you know? 🧐 Dogs have three eyelids! The third eyelid called the nictitating membrane or "haw," helps keep their eyes protected and moist. This fascinating feature is just one of the many amazing things about our furry friends. 🐶👁️

Here’s another fun fact: A dog’s sense of hearing is four times more sensitive than that of humans. They can hear higher-frequency sounds from much farther away, making them excellent at alerting us to things we might not notice.

Fur-Kid of the Week: Doodle! 🐾

Meet Doodle, our charming and energetic Fur-Kid of the Week! 🎉 Doodle is a delightful golden doodle who brings joy and smiles wherever she goes. 🐶❤️

**Doodle’s Favorite Activities:**
- **Splashing in the Water:** Doodle loves our splash zones and can’t get enough of water play. 💦
- **Nap Master:** Whether it's on top of the forts or under a tree, Doodle is always ready for a nap.
- **Snuggle Time:** After all the fun, Doodle enjoys cozy snuggles and belly rubs.

**Fun Fact:** Doodles are as hypoallergenic a dog as you can find. The majority of Goldendoodles have an innate passion for swimming.

Here's another fun fact: Golden Retrievers have a water-repellent coat, which makes them natural swimmers. No wonder they love splashing around in our water zones so much! 💦

I have a 4-month-old Doxie named Smokie and a 2-year-old Goldendoodle named Willow
**Time at Paw Paw's:** Almost 2 years
**Fun Fact:** I am a dog rescuer at heart. Until recently, I spent every spare moment rescuing dogs and have fostered over 400 dogs and puppies.
**Favorite Activity with Fur-Kids:** Adventures with the fur-kids
**Why I Love Working at Paw Paw's:** " I have a lifelong passion for dogs, and being surrounded by dogs and caring for them is incredibly fulfilling. The joyful nature of dogs and their parents and our amazing team of Aunty's make each day something to look forward to."

We're so grateful for Reagan and the amazing energy she brings to Paw Paw's. She truly makes a difference in the lives of all our furry friends!

We're excited to introduce the newest member of our Paw Paw's Day Care family! 🎉 Say hello to Dot, a playful and affectionate Black Labrador Retriever who has already stolen our hearts. 🐶❤️ Yesterday was her evaluation day and she passed with flying colors!!

Dot is having a blast making new friends and enjoying all our fun activities here. Whether running around in our spacious play areas, participating in group games, or lounging with new buddies, Dot fits right in!

We're thrilled to have Dot join our fur-kid crew and can't wait to see all the wonderful adventures ahead.

‼️A group of strays have still been roaming the area(4 of them spotted this morning ) and we have been receiving calls of people worried if they are dogs from our facility and they are not. Beware of your surroundings as we do not know if these dogs are reactive.‼️
