Did you know??? New York Dog Control officers are required to pick up stray dogs, hold them for 7 days, if no one claims them they are required by law to euthanize them!! Many DCO’s work with local rescues & shelters to transfer them, they try their best to do right by them but manytimes their prayers come unanswered!!

I’ve had my eye on these girls the past couple weeks!! Pawz & Purrs has been trying tirelessly to find them placement!! Well we have to help them!! This afternoon I’m heading to pick them up!! ❤️

They will have another chance at life because of our supporters!! Without your generosity this would not be possible!! ❤️

I will update everyone when we get back!! ☺️

Aurora came back a few days ago, due to no fault of her own!! This old girl just can’t catch a break but she is happy to be back home & safe!! Her foster failed to maintain her post op appointments after surgery but She has an appointment today, hopefully we can get her back on track!! 🙏🏼

Gunner’s first trip to Tractor Supply & first time out in public!! Boy did he steal hearts!! ❤️ He absolutely loved seeing everyone & all the lovings!!!

This boy is a true rags to riches story!! He has come so far in the last year I couldn’t be prouder of him!! ❤️

Took advantage of this beautiful day and gave Red a desperately needed bath!! She came in with some pretty significant flea dermatitis!! She’s looking so much better already!!

Bella is looking for her forever home she is guesstimated to be around 4-5 yrs old Saint Bernard!! She’s about 80lbs so not huge!! Bella is stressed being in the kennels, even though our dogs are not kept kenneled, she’s a Velcro dog and just wants to be by her persons side!! She would do best in a home with no other dogs or if you are able to do a slow introduction!! She reacts when a dog is in her personal space!!Which can be worked with and takes time!! She is very loveable, house trained, great with kids, fantastic on a leash, spayed, up to date on vaccines & microchipped!!

Jack Russel / Beagle mix, female, 6 years old, spayed, great with other dogs & kids, not sure about cats since owner doesn’t have any!!

Owner is going through a rough time and is currently living in his car!! He wants better for his beloved pup!! ❤️

⭐️⭐️Courtesy Post⭐️⭐️

This young man and his sibling were found abandoned in the woods by hikers!! They couldn’t get the sibling but were able to secure this guy!! They reported situation but never heard if the other one was ever found!! 😔

Shelters & Rescues are at max capacity and placement was never found for him!! So they had no choice but to keep him the last couple months! Unfortunately their other dog is not happy having a hyper pup as a sibling!!

Oliver is about 6 months old, he’s great with kids, cats & other dogs!! He is doing great with house training & crate trained!!

He does have a lot of puppy energy and will require lots of excerise!!

This pup IS NOT WITH US but If we can help find him a good home, we are willing to cover the costs to get him vetted prior to adoption!!

Thankfully we have been blessed by a supporter who donated 4 bags of dog food last week ❤️❤️ But we desperately need help with cat supplies❗️

This week alone we have taken in a feral momma cat with her 5 kittens, a very pregnant feral cat, plus all the cats already in our care!!

We are critically low on dry cat & kitten food, adult wet food, flea medication & we have to order more vaccines which is $100 expense❗️

HOW DOES THIS BOY NOT HAVE A HOME??? He is my absolute favorite cat!! Tubby was dumped on the streets of elkland and came into a clinic n well I couldn’t say no!! 🥴 He is the absolute sweetest cat, he doesn’t get phased by anything or anyone!! You will never disturb his nap time cause he would sleep thru anything!! He lives up to his name he’s a chunker & never misses a meal!!

Although he is very happy here he deserves a great home!! Can everyone me Help find tubby the perfect home!!
