CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROOMING APPOINTMENTS
Customer Notice

Effective January 1, 2025 we will require a 24hr notice for cancellations of grooming appointments.

TIME IS RESERVED TO GROOM YOUR PET

Missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee payable BEFORE further appointments can be made.
Pets arriving late may have to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply.

Look at the eyes on this cutie! "Maple Rain" was found in the rain by a good samaritan and is looking for a forever home. She's 9 weeks old and will be getting her first vaccine on Friday. One of our employees is fostering her so she will come pre-spoiled. Maple Rain is available through Gayle's Rescue. You can text Gayle at 815-685-0319 and let her know you are interested in this sweet girl. 🩷 Adoption fee is $125.00 and includes all vaccines and spay.
