Meet Scout! This handsome boy was adopted from our shelter as a puppy and was sadly just returned because his previous family recently added another puppy and together they were too much to handle. Scout is full of personality and loves being outside! We have had Scout running and playing with some of our other dogs in the dog park and he didn't want to come back inside. If you are an active and outgoing family looking for an adventure buddy come by and meet this sweet boy! If you have another dog and are interested in adopting Scout please call the shelter to schedule a meet and greet.

Scout has been very stressed since coming back to the shelter and we are hoping to find his furever family soon 🩵

Bella lived the dream yesterday and we couldn’t be any happier for her 🥹🫶🏼🌊😴 she explored the beach, got a bath, and took a nap by the pool. It doesn’t get any better than that! Bella is about 12 years old and was brought into our care due to an unfortunate living situation. After living in a car the past few years Bella is loving every second of being here at the shelter where she can play outside, sleep on a comfortable dog bed, and stretch her legs. We know that finding a home will make Bella even happier! If you are interested in giving this sweet senior a place to call home please come by the shelter to meet her 🥰🙂😇🐶🐾

Cowboy had the best day outing! He is still a puppy at heart, loves toys, playing with other dogs, and gives the best hugs and kisses. Cowboy has been to several adoption events and adores children and rides well in the car. As much as Daisy loves her free roaming room she is patiently waiting on her forever home. She loves when people sit with her, will take treats from your hands, and tolerates being picked up but would prefer to hop around. If you are interested in adopting Daisy it will include her spay and we will provide a cage. Please come by the shelter to meet her 🙂

Although the name “kitten season” sounds precious, the reality of the strain it puts on shelters is so hard. We have over 100 cats and kittens right now and could really use your help feeding all of them. We are running very low on dry and canned food. Does anyone else have an 80 pound dog that thinks he’s a lap dog?! 🥹😍😉 Foggy finally got his day outing and absolutely loved the attention and the beach! Foggy wanted us to share that he may be big but he has so much love to give. When Foggy was brought into our care in November he was emaciated and only knew life on a chain. It makes our hearts so happy to see the growth in his health and happiness! 🐾🐶🙌🏼🌊

Astrid is still looking for a foster/forever home! She will be in her current foster until June 20th and we are hoping to find another foster before then! Astrid has been in a loving foster home for 3 years now and unfortunately she has to move out of the country and is not able to take Astrid with her. Astrid is extremely stressed at the shelter. We know her chances of getting adopted are higher if in a foster home. Astrid does have to be the only animal in the home. She prefers to hog all the love and attention to herself 🥰 Astrid has made AMAZING progress in her foster home and is truly such an amazing and lovable dog!
