Saturday we had our first Story Horse Farm Halloween Party and it was a blast! The kids enjoyed dressing up their horses and playing fun games. We had some very good pizza, treats, and so much more! Thank you to everyone who joined in on the fun!!😁

Wow, it’s been an incredible journey (learning experience) since introducing Story Horse Farm on September 1, 2022! There’s been so much going on- just a few highlights.

- 4 new stalls added, totaling 32.
- 3 bay out-door wash area added.
- 3 acres of additional turnout added.
- 2 Clinics by Irishman Robert Splaine.
- Many great shows attended.
- New trails being built.
- Winter stall reservations now being taken.

This experience has been so much fun. Thank you, other owners; Stacia Sanvik, Searlait Sanvik, Connie Sanvik and Darcy Workman. Thank you to our awesome Management Team; Barn Manager- Kellie Kevrn, Assistant Barn Manager/Trainer- Kalyssa Meade, CFO Roger Jensen, and Controller- Sara Yurczyk! Thank you, Robert Splaine for sharing your expertise at our Clinics. It was fun to have you over for your first 4th of July experience as well as a Twins and Vikings games.

Thank you to our awesome students and parents for all your support and participation. The dedication the riders and parents have shown is truly impressive.

Looking forward to much more excitement in the future- we’ve only just begun!!

Lucy Rofidal and Laced with Grace completed at Pony Finals 2023 in Lexington, Kentucky. They did absolutely amazing in the very competitive Regular Large Pony Division. SHF could not be more excited for their accomplishment! Congratulations Lucy!!👏🏼🥳

What a fun week it was at Two Rivers Summer Festival!! The horses were amazing and the kids had so much fun!

SHF competed in the Costume Ride & Drive and had a blast!

Coco Ciardelli abroad Prophet 55, Abbie Lutz, & Makayla Geragi were dressed as Harry Potter and came out on top to take home the win! 🧙🏼🪄

Darcy Workman abroad Just Star, Tal Mizrahi, & Ryan Becker were dressed as the characters from Wizard of Oz!🦁🐦‍⬛👠🧙‍♀️

Didn’t think I could be so gosh darn exited about a 3 bay outdoor wash! The kids love it. Not quite finished, just need to hang the spray arms. Just finished adding a 4 stall out barn and getting ready to install 1/2 mile of Buckley fence for expanded Turnout. All Turnouts have had auto waterers installed. Phew! Very excited to say that in less than a year of operation Story Horse Farm is full! We have a great group of riders and very supportive and involved parents. Our trainers are some of the best around. Coco Ciardelli and Prophet 55 had fabulous rounds in the Junior Hunter Division riding to the top prize in their under saddle class!!
