Please help us find the perfect forever home for Millie, a 3.5 month old “special needs” kitten being fostered by one of our employees through the Left Behind K-9 Rescue! Millie came to the rescue with a severe eye condition caused by a viral infection. Her right eye had to be surgically removed by one of our surgeons and her left eye is scarred, leaving her mostly blind. However, Millie is still affectionate, playful and can easily find her food, litterbox and toys! She uses her other senses to navigate her surroundings, but will need to be a strictly indoor only kitty for safety. She currently lives with and is very interested in other animals, both cats and dogs!

Millie is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and is up-to-date on vaccines, deworming and flea prevention. Please e-mail [email protected] for more information.

It’s going to be COLD for the next few days. Please remember to keep your outdoor pets waters clear from ice. They also need adequate shelter from the snow, rain and wind. A thick layer of straw covering the bottom of your dog house or large animal shelter helps with the cold as well.
