The star is finally up also. Slowly getting there.

So much is growing on the farm the past few days. Romaine is ready to go. We are already getting bell peppers and ground cherries. And the hydrangeas are finally blooming.

The greens are getting so big. Kale, collards and Swiss chard.

We didn’t have room inside to start everything we wanted to but the things we planted the seeds in the ground are growing so quickly. Can’t believe the difference in the purple basil and spinach.

Starting cooking with the fresh herbs from the garden. Cilantro being one of them. I cannot believe the difference in taste fresh from our yard grown in dirt. Most herbs and lettuces are grown in mass quantities hydroponically. What a difference in flavor it’s literally night and day.
