Late post, but a good one!
🎉 🎉 Here we are at the end of our 2024 Alabama Hunter Jumpers Association show season and I could not be more proud of our little team and what everyone has accomplished! Tomorrow we head out for the Year End Show at what feels like our home away from home - Poplar Place Farm. We are ready and excited to see what this weekend holds!
⭐️ I want to wish our three girls the best as they tackle this season’s last show! It’s going to be an awesome weekend!
💜 Chandler has done such a fantastic job helping Athena earn her wings as a show horse and making sure Athena has successes and growth in the ring each time. Athena’s getting the weekend off, and Chandler will be piloting Willow in the jumper ring for The Dean Team, and Zeppelin in the hunter ring for Hidden Hills Equestrian Center. Thank you so much to Jill Dean, the Treadway family, and Stephanie Gingles for giving Chandler these opportunities. I can not wait to watch her shine! Chandler and Athena currently hold the title of champion in the Hopeful Hunter division.
💙 Sydney and Pi are quite the team, and I am always so very impressed with Sydney’s growth and desire to learn more. Sydney has risen to every challenge presented to her, and it’s no wonder that her talent shines through. I am so excited to watch Sydney grow and become a graceful yet strong rider. Sydney and Pi currently hold the champion title in both the older walk/trot and older walk/trot equitation divisions! They are also currently 6th overall in the older cross pole division!
❤️ Arri and Remi have found their groove and have been really making waves with their consistency and Arri’s beautiful equitation. I think Remi likes to keep her on her toes some, but Arri is up for any challenge, and her drive and determination will take her far. I am so excited to see what this team will accomplish as they wrap this season up and start working on the next goals. This pair was made for each other and they will continue to have many successes. I’m so proud of all Arri has accomplished with Remi. They currently hold the reserve champion title for the older cross pole equitation division, and 5th overall in the older cross pole hunter division.
🙏 Please wish us well as we embark on our journey to Poplar tomorrow! This season of showing has been nuts, fun, empowering, joyful, and strange all at the same time. 🤣 Whatever comes our way, I know we’ve got this. I know that my people are with me and we will have a fun and successful weekend!
