Greetings GAVMG family

We have some changes beginning September 1st 2024 that will affect our boarders that are on prescription medications. There will be an additional charge to administer medications and or injections for our patients that are being treated for major health concerns like heart disease, Cushing’s disease, diabetes, and cancer.
While your pet is here if we have to give 2 or less prescription medications for a condition/disease your pet has, it will be an additional $7.00 a day.
For 3 or more medications, it will be an additional $12.00 a day.
For injections, such as insulin, it will be an additional $25.00 a day.
These charges have been added to cover the costs associated with the experienced staff required to care for these patients.
We have always been happy to be able to administer with confidence these medications so the health of your pet remains consistent while they are away from home. If you have questions regarding if your pet will incur an additional charge, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

When bringing in your medications, please make sure to bring them in their original packaging. We follow the directions prescribed by the doctor when administering the medications. If you being medications outside of the original packaging, please make sure you have clear and concise dosing instructions and that they are kept separate from other medications.
The most important thing to us is the health of your pet. We appreciate all of you always working so diligently to support our goal of giving you and your pets the best life possible.

Oscar was a betting boy. He knew that he had a bit of a bad reputation for running when he should be prancing, but the first day of school he was so excited that he ended up having to go to ISS for stealing too many treatos and then running when Bo, the crossing guard blew his whistle.

Oscar will try again next year to have a day that the grown puppers approve of - until then....he's living his best life.
