Your saddle size is dependant on the length of your THIGH not on what size you wear or what weight you are! How you hip to knee fits to the cantle to knee roll. If you are not balanced in the saddle the horse can never perform to his potential or be comfortable a riders independent seat is the most important factor for the horse comfort.

16.1hh, gelding, 2003, easy fun lesson horse type guy. Well built, more of a push ride, has great dressage foundation easiest leg yields of anything in my barn. Has jumped up to 2'6" courses no vices and an easy keeper. Wonderful personality just a pleasure to have in the barn. Can do beginner lunge line lessons and up. 4K schedule to come see this awesome guy

This lovely mare had not successfully completed a recognized event in 5 years, she rocked around the Novice for a 3rd place finish. She earned her score to qualify for regionals and needs one more for nationals. I'm going to take it slow but I believe we are on the right track.
