Little bit of a throwback with this super fun R Big Time Fancy gelding. He won me my first Open Senior Hunter Undersaddle NSBA trophy. “R Avatar”

One thing I’m big on - groundwork. If they’re not safe on the ground then how can you fully trust they’ll be safe when you’re on their back? My goal is to make every horse safe to handle both on the ground and under saddle. This filly in this video has been quite reactive since day one. I decided it was time to go back to the basics and build her confidence up to where it should be. The best thing we can do it is take it a day at a time and trust the process.
