New Arena
✨Just a little Thursday update with Mike’s explanation of what we have going on 🤩
It will be a 200 foot by 144 foot outdoor arena with all steel gates and steel fence panels. 3- 12 foot gates for in and out and 2 - 6 foot gates for access to 1 & 2 nd barrels. A sign for main entrance “Joni K. Perry Memorial Arena”. All of fence panels and gates will be green, Joni’s favorite color. We had 68 loads of arena soil trucked in this week. Depending on weather and everyone’s schedule we will have it completed by June 1st. The snow and electric outage this past week caused a delay however our volunteers and barn family are ready to get it done. We are using the Caswell Ranch’s in Neenah as a model. Joni and I loved to watch the girls compete there and Mark Caswell has been beyond supportive of our new venture 😎👍🐎

✨Our first show will be a memorial show for my mom (Joni) and we are considering live music after! Also some more fun ideas! She would be so excited about this arena…she always said we’d do it someday. Cannot wait to be up and running again! ✨
🖤 So happy to see this little guy getting his spunky personality back. He definitely scared us! It’s been a rough couple/few weeks at the barn with several horses. If you have sick horses…PLEASE keep them home. If you have sick horses at your home or facility…PLEASE make it known IMMEDIATELY if you allow haul ins, before it’s too late for unknowing people attending events there. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. We’ve felt it all…anger, frustration, fear, sadness and so much more…but we’ll get through it. To anyone asking if they can haul in…we are not letting horses in or out all month to be extra cautious and prevent any spread. Hoping to come back strong next month. Thank you to all who have helped us clean,disinfect etc these last couple weeks! It sure takes a villiage! 🙏🏼🖤

✨ thank you to everyone who came the kids’ football party Monday! We had 19 kiddos this time, so much fun! I didn’t get any photos, but thanks Katrina for sending me this video! Sure feel blessed we have a place that kids can come and just be kids playing sports, burning energy! 🥹🖤 Stargazers definitely isn’t just for horses 🖤
