“Leo” update he’s literally living a good life! After a full day outside on the farm playing with the chickens he sleeps in his favorite bed 🛌 and on my lap❤️ he gets the zoomies with the dogs and he always outruns them! 😂 this is the result! Nap 💤 time

It’s extremely hard to get a picture of cats, but today we got lucky! Lucy sat beautiful for us today!

Owners asked for a lion clip, so that’s what they got 🙂 too cute 🩷

We had a cat today that was very unsure of getting a hair cut.. we called the owners immediately due to safety concerns and they got back to us immediately. They never once complained that their animal was not finished, or what took so long.. instead they asked how they could help. What they could do to make it easier for us.

In that moment we felt so blessed to have someone so kind and caring about us. We worked together as a team today to be able to finish the grooming, all while being able to instill safety not only to the pet, but also to us.

I just wanted to share this story from today because quite often lately, it’s seems some think we are a manufacturing business. We literally cannot groom a live animal in ONE hour. If that is the mindset you have, you need to do some research and follow-up education .

Please be patient with any type of pet care professionals. We don’t purposely hold your pet for hours on end. You may never know what our schedule looks like for the day. We could have an elderly dog that requires 2 groomers, or a pet family member called to share their pet passed away, or a new pup’s first time grooming and their scared, or todays instance.. just trying to get through a grooming safely. There is so much that goes on behind the scenes.

On Wednesday June 23rd we all lost a part of our heart! Lilly lost her battle with cancer. She has been coming into Waggin’ Tails every Friday for the past several years. It was so easy to fall in love with this beautiful st. I feel so greatfull the owners allowed me, Natalie and Little Hunter to go to their home the day before and we got to say good bye, as I sit here and type my heart is breaking but I feel blessed we all were a part of her life and I know Lilly is running and playing in heaven with her best friend Gigi. RIP pretty girl. We love you.
