Hello clients,

I wanted to reach out to let you know about our unexpected closure today. My son had an accident at school that resulted in a head injury. Things took a concerning turn VERY fast so I needed to drop everything to be with him. Thankfully, it is nothing worse than a severe concussion and he will be okay!

I left the shop as it was so when I’m back with my books and business phone, I will be reaching out to each of you to reschedule later this evening. Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and patience during this time.❤️

Good morning everyone! ☀️🤍

🐾First, I want to thank you ALL for being so patient and understanding through our transition process. With your help, it has went much smoother than I ever imagined. I have sincerely enjoyed welcoming you and your pets back into a new, more improved salon! 🐶

🐾As busy season approaches, my books are filling up a little faster than normal. Please book as soon as possible to ensure that your pet has a space for when you wish to have them groomed.✂️🛁

🐾We are currently in the process of getting a software to help with booking, texts, reminders, etc. I want to make sure this is the best fit for all of us so as soon as my trial ends, I will hit the green light & get all of that info out to you guys! 🙌🏼

🐾I am trying my best to return calls / messages as quickly as possible & I typically return those at the end of each business day. Anything that comes in after i leave the salon (unless an emergency) will be returned the following business day. If it takes 3+ business days for me to respond, please send me another message on any of my business platforms - I may have missed you! I am still a one woman show (for now) while also a high school swim coach & a single mom to my 3 year old boy. Please know, I am trying my very best.🥹

Good morning, clients and friends.🩵🐾

While the past week has been a living nightmare for WNC, I am so proud to be in and from these NC mountains with my people. The way our community has came together has been unlike anything I have ever seen. Our community and all of those who have linked arms with us to help is truly amazing.

Some are ready to return to normalcy and for others it may take a bit longer - that’s okay.
I have went back and forth about when to open back up because I have been elbow deep trying to help in the community and that is where my heart has been. However, I have decided to use this weekend to take some R&R to refuel because your pets must return to their routines as well and they deserve me at my very best, always!

With that being said, I have been avidly keeping up with the city of Marion’s posts regarding our water situation. As of 10/4/24, they have advised us to not to use water in large quantities so that we can have our normal supply back soon. This is important for the folks who are still going without. I normally wouldn’t dare call my clients on a Sunday but I am going to hold off on rescheduling until tomorrow with hopes that we may have better results then.

If you have an EMERGENCY meaning you’ve rescued a dog, adopted a dog or HAVE a dog that needs immediate grooming attention or food / water, please message me with specific needs and I will help you! I have decided to keep pets that were affected by Helene’s impacts donation based for the time being. No, you do not have to be a current client of mine. Please, let me help if I can.

There will be NO CHARGE for cancelling existing appointments this month if you must cancel due to the impacts from Hurricane Helene.. no questions asked. If you have an appointment and need to cancel, please let me know as soon as you can. We have all went through a life changing event that has impacted us all differently, please know that I understand, I am here for you and I will be here when you’re ready with open arms!

If you do not hear from me tomorrow, I will try my best get to you all by the end of Monday! Please message the business phone or business page - this helps me see your inquiries much faster because they are all in one place.
I am still a one woman show both at home and my business (for now!) so please please bare with me as I dive into rescheduling and transitionining to the new salon in the midst of this. I am trying my best!🤍

Unfortunately, I am waiting on ONE last big item that was supposed to arrive on Friday and was rerouted due to the storm, arriving much later than I anticipated. IF the water is no longer an issue we will open at the new location on October 9th. Anything scheduled before then will be at my CURRENT location.

If the water situation does not improve this week, I would still love to welcome you all to the new salon. I miss your smiling faces and I’ve REALLY missed all of “my” babies. I have a little plan in the works and more will come out as I receive info! I know that is a lot but if you have read this, please leave your pups name in the comments so I know you guys see this & to keep the post bumped for other clients to see!

In the meantime, please do something that makes you and your family happy today!

Good morning 🤍
I finally have enough cell service to post here.
First, I want to express my deepest condolences to everyone in our little community. This hurricane has been absolutely devastating for us all and some even more than others.

Thankfully, my family & I are all unharmed.
I hope that you all and your pets are doing as good as you can be. I am out of power like the majority of you but I have plenty of water stored so if water becomes scarce and you are worried about having drinking water for your pets, please shoot me a message HERE! I am alternating between phones as they charge but I can see messenger on both. We may not have a whole lot right now but we have each other & now is the time to rally together! 🫶🏻

Sadly, I am currently unsure of the new projected opening date at our salon. Once we start to unravel some sort of our normalcy, I will reach out to see the needs of everyone and go from there. Many of our lives have changed drastically over the past few days & if you have to postpone grooming, we understand & are here to support you in any way that we can through this difficult time.

Give your fur babies a hug for me!
