Announcing new adoption services and fees at the Smyth County Animal Shelter! Vet services are being scheduled and/or provided prior to your new pet going home including spay/neuter, vaccines, and microchip! Getting these services after adoption would typically cost new pet owners 2x or 3x MORE. So it’s a DEAL and it’s DONE 🙌 Check out our FB posts for many wonderful ADOPTABLE canines and felines - sooooo many kittens 🐱 And please call in advance for an appointment 276-646-2222 option 1. Appointments are typically Mon-Sat afternoons.

Meraki is back online with power and internet! We want to Thank the hard working men and women out there day and night the last few days restoring these luxuries to us.
The retreat has been full of guests, evacuees, and pets of workers coming to help with the devastation in our community. We have made sure each of them was comfortable and cared for while we navigate the daily unknowns.

We just want to say thank you to everyone for trusting us to care for your pets during these times. We continue to pray for our community today and the days going forward. ❤️
