They're back!!! We see many dogs with what look like the bullseye rash people can get with deer tick bites. These are actually gnat bites, not from ticks or Lyme disease and are very common in the spring. The little gnats are usually in the grass and love to bite the bare skin of the dog's belly. Luckily, they go away on their own within a day or so without any treatment. If you notice any of these dark red bites, just monitor them to make sure they fade and if they get worse or you dogs gets irritated by them, please contact your vet.

As a locally owned business, the health and safety of our staff, customers and community is our top priority.
Based on the current recommendations by state and federal officials and the CDC to practice social distancing to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close the shop.
However,
We are currently working on a day to open for dog food purchases. Also,a plan on how we will be handling these purchases. We will keep you posted.
