Miss Lulu got her nails trimmed today! She doesn’t love it. But the girls at Uptown Paws are helping her get used to it by making it a good experience for her each time. We’re so grateful for the tailored care they provide all of our rescue pups 🫶🏼

Lulu has been with us since April!! We just don’t understand why she hasn’t been adopted yet. She’s a beautiful and incredible dog who loves her humans with every fiber in her. She’s so unbelievably smart and LOVES to learn. We just love Lulu so much and we know you will too 💕

Important Updates:

Dear Uptown Paws family,
We hope this message finds you and your furry friends well! As a grooming salon dedicated to providing the best care for your pets, we always strive to maintain high-quality service. To continue offering the best experience possible, we want to share some important updates regarding our pricing, cancellation policy, and a boarding fee.


🐾 Price Increase Notification 🐾

We have implemented a price increase of up to $10 for all full-service appointments. This change allows us to continue using the highest quality products and ensuring that our grooming team has the best tools and training to pamper your pets. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we make these adjustments.

🐾 New Cancellation & Reschedule Policy 🐾

In addition to the price update, we are introducing a cancellation policy to help us manage our schedule more effectively. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you provide us with 48 hours' notice. This gives us the opportunity to fill your spot and accommodate other furry friends who may be waiting for a grooming appointment.

For example, if your dog is scheduled for grooming on Tuesday, please notify us by Saturday, as we are closed on Sunday and Monday. We understand that life can be unpredictable, if you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that there may be a fee of up to half the groom’s cost.

🐾 New Boarding Fee 🐾

To ensure we can accommodate all our furry guests and their needs, we will be implementing a boarding fee for dogs that need to stay longer than one hour after their grooming appointment. This fee will start at $10 per hour, unless you have previously discussed with us. We appreciate your understanding as we make these changes to help manage our busy days and provide the best service possible for all our clients.
