I have been warning and PLEADING with people not to release balloons - to cut them up before putting them in the garbage - and guess what we found in our cow paddock today JUST IN TIME? Yup, a "Happy Birthday Balloon" Our babies were just too interested in something, so we went to see. It is a wonder that we found it before it KILLED a cow or calf!

Hello, we have a 10-11 year old titled mustang gelding named Warrior who broke his withers to the extent that he cannot be ridden due to pain. This happened in the wild before we got him. My daughter took him to college with her to pursue a program in Natural Horsemanship in Dillon, MT and everyone thought his difficulty with riding and training was behavioral. Finally, a vet was brought out and x-rays were taken and extensive damage was seen on ~ 6 vertebrae. Warrior is a sweet horse and can lead and do groundwork, etc., just cannot be ridden. He hasn't been worked with much for more than a year but with some attention, will come around and be less timid. We are seeking sanctuary for him
