Due to the severe cold and black ice on the roads we will remain closed today. Someone will be in to care for the animals. Please stay safe and keep your pets safe and warm! It is currently 6 degrees and will not get above freezing until after lunch.

We will attempt to go in tomorrow. We may not be open by 8 am depending on road conditions. But we will update once we have been able to get there and open. Pets were seen about today and everyone is doing well!

We are open today! We will be closed tomorrow due to weather. Pending roads conditions on Wednesday we will see if we can get to the office. Keeping our staff and clients safe is our priority. Please don’t get out if you don’t have to and keep your pets safe and warm!

Santa will be at the office this Saturday, December 7th from 8:30-11:30 for pictures with pets and kids! Take pictures with your phone, no payment needed! Come by to see Santa!

Beginning this evening Dr. Krystal will be unavailable for after hours care until Friday November 29th. We will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving day. Friday November 29th we will be open only until noon. We will have normal business hours all other days! If you have an emergency please call Crossroads Emergency Clinic.

VCA staff get away to Crying Eagle Lodge in Basile! We all had a great time!

We will be closed tomorrow Saturday September 21st for our staff to be able to enjoy some time away from work for a relaxing weekend trip together! If you have an emergency please call or go to Crossroads emergency clinic in Alexandria! All boarders will be tender to as normal. We will return to regular work schedule on Monday!

Due to the weather, we will be closed Wednesday for Hurricane Francine. Thursday is pending as of now. We will assess the situation Wednesday evening and decide if it is safe for us to come in to work. We will have some available to care for the animals that will be there boarding so don’t worry your babies will be cared for as promised. We hope that every stays safe and has minimal damage or impact from this storm.
