Phineas is available through Rescue Pets Serving Vets Rescue and is willing to transport to Upper Peninsula if the perfect adopter is there!

Phineas(AKA Finney) is a fun loving velcro dog. This 65 lb cuddle bug is nearly one year old and loves to play. He is a large dog with long legs... Possibly Great Dane mix. He loves to shake hands with his very large paw and gallop around the backyard like a mini pony. He enjoys playing fetch and will return toys to you to throw again. This housebroken sweetie is timid at first around strangers and new people but will warm up quickly with some pets and attention. he has no problem getting along with other dogs right away. Finney is a lady's man and does seem to have a preference toward women but will love anyone who gives him the chance. Loves walking / jogging on a leash and will definitely lead a pack walk with energy to spare. This big boy is eager to be trained and listens closely when you speak. A silly dog with a heart of gold this pup is ready for his furrever home.

We strive to pair highly adoptable but homeless Euthanasia Listed dogs from the SA Municipal Shelter with families, with priority given to Veterans. In the latter, we find a two fold solution with Veterans finding companionship and homeless dogs finding love in forever homes.

Ebony is looking for her FUREVER home!

She was found roaming the streets alongside another lab at only 6 months old. The owner for the other dog came forward but claimed Ebony didn't belong to him. Bee Pawsitive Husky Rescue stepped up and helped get her vetted and ready for her new family.

But no one has wanted her...she had been in foster care for almost 4 months but no one wants her. Do you want to give her a second chance?

Look what I found on my way home. Got these two off the streets right before the rain hit. Thank you to the workers at domino's for reaching out for help and big thank you to the lady that stopped that and was willing to take them. Only took about 30 minutes to get them to let me put a leash on and pick them up. Now they are loving running around their new backyard. Meet Molly and Esa (if owners aren't found).

Say hello to Bella.

Bella is currently in Marquette, MI and needs a foster or adopter. Unfortunately, her owners living situation changed and they are no longer able to keep her and are looking for an amazing new family for her.

Bella is 6 years old American Staffordshire. She is spayed and up to date on her shots. Bella does need to be the only fur child in the house as she wants all the attention for herself. She knows basic commands, like sit stay lay down shake, she can dance, and is very strong on a leash but she's learning. Would do better with older respectful kids as she is shy with new people until she gets comfortable.

Can anyone foster Bella before she ends up at the shelter?

Someone had reached out about a puppy that was dumped at a gas station off of a very busy highway. How could we say no to that face? We got to have a sleepover with him before he went off to an amazing foster mom. Welcome to the group, Bagheera.

Romeo, oh, Romeo!

Look at this hunk of sweetness. Can you believe someone left him on a balcony of an empty apartment complex? Well, lucky for him a good Samaritan picked him up and he found his way to us!

He is about 7 months old and a San Antonio Special (mix of different breeds). He is just a baby that loves to spend time with other dogs and getting all the attention he can get.

He is getting all of his vaccines, heartworm tests, and neutered and then he will be ready for adoption!

Today was such a successful day! We saved 4 dogs today! First one was attacked by another dog and we got her into a rescue! Second one had been living on the streets for weeks and we were able to get him safe and sound with a foster. Third had been dumped on train tracks and no way could we leave her there! Fourth isn't pictured but was another stray that the rescue took in. They are all going 4 little paws rescue!

Meet our newest rescue! Say hello to Momma May. Found roaming the streets of San Antonio, TX but she was not alone. She is carrying a few babies with her! You can't tell from this picture but she is about to be a mommy! We are trying to get her seen by a vet to make sure her and her babies are all healthy and to get a headcount of how many to expect! This handsome chocolate boy could use a foster! He was found roaming the streets in San Antonio, Texas asking everyone for help. A good Samaritan took him in to get him safe but cannot hold onto him. Can anyone in TX or MI give him a safe place to lay his head?

This handsome boy was found in San Antonio, Texas roaming the streets. He needs a foster ASAP in TX or MI. He is dog friendly, cat friendly, and super sweet. We think he's about 1 year old and as you can see, just got neutered!

*Fundraiser Merch Update* $8 bandannas!! After going through a few vendors we will be narrowing down our colors 🙂 1st of all- Thank you to the Uhl/Burnette family for donating the camo style and sewing edges on! These are available (limited quantities)in small/medium/large. Then we will do all others in Royal Blue, Purple, Red and Pink (not shown)—- all with white logos. For shirts we will be doing the sky blue, but will do unisex sizes for the t-shirts and sweatshirts. I will be doing a Ladies Day fundraiser table in Gwinn on December 4, where I will be selling some of the other colors options, but just to w**d out inventory 🙂 T-shirts are $20, sweatshirts are $40. All Profits go straight to San Antonio to get another dog funded to come to UP!! And if I have points available on card, all sales go to them, so more orders, more $$$!! Sugar has officially become a yooper but is STILL LOOKING FOR HER FOREVER HOME! Thanks to an amazing foster, she was able to be transported up to the U.P. to find her forever family.

Sugar is a high energy girl who loves to play and run around a big yard. She does get along with most dogs but sometimes isn't a fan of sharing her toys and treats. She will need to meet any other dogs in the household just to make sure they will be best friends. She prefers a house without smaller critter (cats,hamsters,etc) just because it is hard for her to not want to play with them and she doesn't know her own strength. She is a very sweet and cuddly girl who wants all of the attention. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Sugar, please message us!

Sugar is a 2 year old pitbull mix. Up to date on all vaccines and on flea and tick/heartworm prevention.

Happy Tail Alert!

Unfortunately, Tate's new family in the UP wasn't a perfect match so Tate became available for adoption again and after 4 days, he finally found his FUR-ever home. He is the only fur baby so he gets all the attention he wants and has amazing new parents. Congratulations Tate and his new family!
