Bocephus sure is a looker. Buckskin, all black hooves and would ya just look at that chromed up mane and tail.

Riding lessons for a sweet gal named August tonight and then Jimmy and I rode 4 of our horses. Everybody is legged up and ready to start ponying 8 yearlings this week.

I can tell you, when a red wasp stings you on your finger it hurts, but when you retreat and they chase you down and sting you in the forehead it’s game on! Waspers 2 Debra 6. ☠️🐝☠️
FYI……forehead Stings are to be avoided at all costs. They are painful.

At Dickerson ranch and horse camp we put the extra time in to our horses from the time they’re born until the day you purchase one. A horse never stops learning and neither do we.
Come spend a day riding the ranch or hook your trailer up and camp. We have water, electric and septic available or your welcome to primitive camp. Contact us for more information.

Let me tell ya about my boy Sam 🩷🩷🩷. I think he’s the sweetest c**t I have ever ridden. He has the color, the disposition and the attitude to make a working ranch horse.

Graham

When the ranch stallion, Graham, sees you coming with a brush and fly spray. He’s such a gentleman. Did I mention he throws beautiful babies and our introductory stud fee is only $✋0️⃣0️⃣ this year.

Brandon and I decided to start two more colts today. Sam is going to be an amazing grulla gelding and Princess, our grey cutting bred filly did awesome too. That ground work pays off when you throw that leg over for the first time and they just ride off smooth as can be. The hubby supervised the whole thing on his blue roan. #coltstarting #ranchlifestyle #grulla

Hubby got the second ride on Axle in the books today.

Husband got to step out of his comfort zone and live his dream today. He spent the last year prepping this blue roan and getting ready to start his own horse. Today was the day and it couldn’t have gone better. #marriedtoacowboy #thirdriverranch #wesellcolts
