Due to unexpected issues with social media, I must cancel my group obedience classes at Marshall Animal Shelter until further notice. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will repost the opportunity once the issues are resolved.

I’m so excited to see so much interest in my upcoming obedience classes! To register you must use the link in the ad. I will only accept 10 people per each 4 week sessions in order to give everyone enough of my time. All others will go on a first come first serve waiting list if they still want to participate.

Meet Milo! He’s a 6 month old mini American shepherd (mini Aussie). His family asked for help in finding him a safe and loving home. He’s fully vaccinated, neutered, HW - but taking his age into consideration, house trained, mostly crate trained, and no behavioral issues. He’s a really great dog overall!! If you think you are the right person/family for him, contact me and we can talk. If you have questions please do the same.

So I did this thing… I thought I was going to get another border collie puppy ideally from my border collie Jett, but it wasn’t meant to be. I decided to go back to my herding dog roots and get a Malanois. Of course I went through a rescue, specifically ABMR. American Belgian Malanois Rescue Inc. This is a really top-notch organization. They are very organized and very thorough vetting potential adopters. Believe it or not my boy down below is only 7 months old. He came to me named Grizz, but we decided Loki worked better for us. He’s definitely on the huge side of life! I look forward to doing his obedience training and working him in Agility. He certainly has the energy and happy attitude for it.

Hello All! I’m sharing a play session going on with my two fosters. Both are looking for their next home. Cirrus is the puppy. He was born deaf but is already trained on sit, down, partial stay and is wonderfully crate trained. For the right family he will be fully vaccinated, neutered and fully trained. George is the 2 year old. He is an Aussie mix. He is great with other dogs, very house trained, neutered, obedience trained and current on his vaccinations. He can be high energy, but also knows how to relax. Please share this post and any interested people can contact me IM. These are both truly wonderful dogs!

I’m not sure if this made it through earlier so I’m posting again. This is my foster puppy Cirrus showing off his new behaviors. Cirrus is deaf, but he doesn’t know it. He is available to the right home and I will provide all his training gratis. He is so sweet, but also quite feisty.

I’m working with Cirrus, the deaf mini Australian Shepherd who is in my foster care. He is now 11 weeks old and just brilliant! He is still available to the right home. Here are a couple of the behaviors he has learned so far.

Since I had so much fun with Polly, the deaf Dalmation, I was called to help with this 10 week old little dude. He is my current foster project. He is the result of breeding two Merle dogs. The chance of getting an over-white, deaf and possibly blind dog are high. Cirrus is deaf but can see. We are already starting with his signing vocabulary. He has already learned ‘no’. He is sweet, loving, playful and funny. If the right home is interested in adding him to their family, I will offer his continued obedience training gratis.
