To prescribe medication, a valid doctor-client-patient relationship is required. This means your pet must be examined by a veterinarian at least once a year to maintain that relationship.
We kindly request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice for prescription refills, both for physical and written requests. While we strive to complete refills as quickly as possible, please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours to process your request. There are several steps involved in refilling a prescription for your pet, and we take each of them very seriously.
