~ Flashback to 2020 ~

Traditionally we’ve had our beds in this plot running east to west (as pictured). The problem is we were fighting the natural terrain of the land. Took me six seasons, but I finally decided to cut them north to south. Drainage is the most important factor when farming in this region.
