Beginning today until Saturday July 15th, we will be open Monday through Friday from noon to six pm daily. And on Saturday from 9am to 1 pm. We are doing a trial run to see if any of these days works better for our customers. At the end of this one month period, we will post permanent hours Thank you!

Beginning June 19th through July 14th we will be open Monday through Friday from noon to six pm. And on Saturdays from 9am to 1 pm. This is a test month to see if we get enough customers on Tuesday and Thursday to warrant our being open. Thanks for your continued support!

Mike Stine (world class farrier) will be doing a live podcast at JL Elite Feed and Seed in Marshville on Saturday March 13th from 9 to noon. He will have several specimens of horse bones and will explain how to maintain your horses feet. This will also be a great hands on experience for children, who are interested in animals, as well as horse lovers.
Mike is a professional farrier and was one of the few farriers who actually was invited to be on of the farriers on hand at the World cup at Tryon, NC a couple of years ago. Come on out and see what its all about.

The first five guests with questions for Mike will receive a free bag of Buckeye horse treats from JL Elite Feed and Seed"! Also, from nine to noon, we will give $1.00 off each bag of horse feed purchased! Hope to see you all tomorrow.

Wednesday April 5th and Friday April 7th we will be opening the store at 11 am and closing at 5:30 pm. East Campus is celebrating Easter week with a different event each evening and the public is welcome to attend. The services will begin each evening at 7pm.

UCSO K-9 Team Successfully Tracks and Locates Motor Vehicle Breaking and Entering Suspects

Earlier this week, Union County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies assigned to Adam Squad responded alongside Waxhaw Police Department officers to a local neighborhood after receiving reports of a motor vehicle break-in that was in progress. Once on scene, UCSO K-9 “Kamil” and his assigned handler, Deputy Clark, began a K-9 track in order to locate the suspects who had just fled the area on foot. The K-9 team wasted no time and located three suspects hiding in a nearby wooded area. The criminal investigation and any applicable charges associated with this incident are being handled by the Waxhaw Police Department. The UCSO is proud to have been part of this joint agency effort to effectively thwart those seeking to victimize local Union County residents. Nice job Deputy Clark and K-9 Kamil!
