Hello everybody,

As some people were made aware since I was telling clients that has had an appointment scheduled, I did not have access to my Facebook for a good while since something was going on with Facebook and they would not let me have access to my account or messenger. I finally have my account back today.

I will be responding to people that have sent me a message today. I will be responding until 10 o’clock at night. so if you have shoot me a message I am planning on responding today. I’ve had issues with that, then I have been severely sick and was down for over a week, and then we have a family member hospitalized right now. During that time I had my cell phone turned off. so I have a lot of stuff going on, but I am planning on working late this week to get everybody’s dogs looking great for Christmas.

Hello everyone,

Just thought I would include my dogs show schedule, so that way nobody gets confused as why I am not scheduling appointments on such and such dates and why my business line will not be answering calls or text.

More shows will be added for next year after I get the dates for the shows. While I’m at dog shows, I do not have my business line with me. I will leave it at home!

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to let people know. I am no longer servicing anywhere past Elm Mott since it’s just not feasible for me with gas prices. So I will no longer be servicing the China Spring area and Waco area. This has been an effect since the past month. But I’ve been getting referrals for people in the China Spring area and have been having to refer them elsewhere. 

Also, I am not accepting new clients that have these needs and accessibility.

-Doodles that are 50+ pounds (unless you agree to keep your dog on a eight to six weeks schedule)
-Senior dogs that have aggression issues
-Dogs that are +100 plus pounds 
-Apartments (It’s hard to find a parking spot with having a truck and trailer and then turning around.)

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to take my time and tell everybody thank you that has been supporting my business this month. It has been a crazy month with all this rain and I know, most people are just wanting to reschedule their appointments since they don’t want to get a clean dog and it just get dirty. So I really appreciate everybody’s business this month. And we are not even halfway through it yet.

And I just wanted to give everybody an update on my booking app. I think I have everything figured out so if you have an issue with it, please let me know. I know some people are having a hard time with confirming their appointments. If you come to that problem, please let me know.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to make everybody aware that I have been having issues with my booking app. If you have a issue with it, please let me know. There are some days where I have it booked for this month since I will be out of town. But other than that people should not have a problem with booking appointments.

If you do have a problem with it please let me know since I am trying to get everything fixed with the company. The problem that I am having right now is when people booked their appointments it does not put time in between appointments or sometimes I do not get the notification on my end that someone has requested for appointment.

I also wanted to announce that I am now working again on Mondays since September and October is dog show season and I want to make sure I stay on top of everybody’s dogs before we get into my busy show season.

I don’t think a lot of people know this but I run two businesses. I own Ruff To Royalty and Rustic Spur Kennels. so when I’m not working for my grooming business, I am doing stuff with my other business. I never really have downtime. I am the only person that works for both businesses. I cannot afford to have someone else hired as of right now.

So if you think I’m ignoring you, please know that I am not. I promise you that I will respond. I usually sit down on my days off and make sure that I get back to everybody. I tried to get back to everybody when I get done at the end of the day, but if that doesn’t happen, I make sure on Sundays and Mondays that I get back to everybody.

Good morning everyone,

I just wanted to make people aware that there is groomer in West , Tx. She is currently accepting appointments for next week. She has openings on Friday. Since I still have been getting messages asking me if I do drop off. I just wanted to make people aware since she is in town in West.

If you are looking for a place that does drop off that is in West I recommend her . She does have a page, but she is not active on it. She said that people can message her on it. She just doesn’t post anything on that page.

Hello everyone,

This week has been insane. I have been very busy with everything going on in my life and then with my business. So I haven’t been getting back to everybody until today.

So if you haven’t heard back from me today, shoot me another message. I tried to respond to everybody that has messaged me so far. I think I’ve caught up on everybody that has messaged me on Facebook. I am going through text messages as of right now .

Here is my up-to-date pricing list. I will no longer offer drop off services and don’t plan on starting back up since it’s just too hard for me right now trying to plan that I when I would do drop off and then mobile.

I’ve had a couple of people tell me with my online booking app that they have had a problem with. So if you have a problem with it, please let me know so I can see if I can get it fixed. I’ve been working very hard on trying to make sure that the online bookings don’t have a problem with being accepted. The only time I do not accept an online booking is if it’s a day that I will not be in that area servicing.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to make a quick announcement. I will no longer be offering drop off grooming at all just because of everything that we have going on. I will strictly only be offering mobile grooming from now on.

With that being said, for people that only do drop off grooming, there is a shop in Whitney that I am friends with one of their groomers, and I highly recommend checking them out. If you are looking for a groomer near West. If you’re wanting to get on their books, I highly recommend messaging or calling them since I think they are about two weeks booked out.

Hello everyone,

As most people know by now I have moved out to Mart Texas. So I am only able to offer mobile grooming as of now. I thought I was gonna be able to finish out since I only had one day left of drop off but because of some complications, I cannot.

So with that being said, if you are needing a appointment, it will only be for mobile grooming. I will also be offering boarding but I now live in Mart so I no longer can offer boarding in West. 

I will be posting pictures later this month of the boarding kennel all set up. This will give me time to finish painting the outside of it and getting everything cleared up.

Just so everybody knows I do take Sundays and Mondays off. So if I am not answering the phone It’s because it’s probably one of my days off. Some days of this month I have to takeoff since I am going out of town for a dog show.

Good morning everyone,

As you may know by now, I am moving out to Mart on Monday. I will no longer be doing drop off appointments on Monday out in West. After we have everything set up, I will be offering drop off appointments in Mart but as of right now I cannot since we do not have electricity we just have water. I will still be doing mobile appointments in West.

Once we get the building all set up, I will offer boarding again. But everything will be running off of a generator until we get utilities set up so I will not be doing drop off appointments.

I plan on going as far out to Hillsboro still for appointments and then I have a couple of people in Covington that I will do when I am in Hillsboro. I am no longer accepting new clients for the Covington area.

But on some exciting news, I do have a new photo editing app so now, instead of the boring trailer background, it generates a background of my choosing. These are some of the dogs that I’ve done in the past two weeks and using the photo editing app.

Just wanted to let everybody know I am not ignoring anyone. I am just out of town for a dog show in Dallas. I will be getting back to everybody by Monday. So if you do not hear from me before, then, please shoot me another message.

If you were trying to book an appointment . You can use my booking app. To schedule an appointment. Starting in two weeks. I will no longer be doing drop off appointment since I am moving to Mart.

So if you are needing a drop off appointment before I move feel free to reach out. Once I move out there I will not be doing drop off appointments for a little bit until I have it all figured out. I will also be doing boarding for one family at a time. I will no longer be offering multiple dogs being boarded from different families at once.

I just wanted to let everybody know that I recently got a new booking app. And now that I somewhat have learned the system. I just wanted to announce that clients are now able to book their own appointments. I just have to approve it for it to be booked.

If you tried to book your own appointment, please be patient since I am still learning the system. I had to get a new booking app because my other one was deleting appointments and deleting my grooming notes. So if you try to book your own appointment, just shoot me a message to let me know so I can look at the appointment.
