We are keeping Tex’s 2025 stud fee the same as last year, at $1750 and that includes the first shipment of cooled semen!!

Furrbidden Love finished the year for us on another win and earned a 92 si!! Congratulations to her owner, Randy Hughes, on his nice homebred filly!! And congratulations to Johnny Hernandez, my trainer, for all of his hard work with her! Furrbidden had 3 wins this year for us!! Woohoo!!

I was able attend the UPRA awards ceremony where my good friend Rusty Armstrong was inducted into their 2024 Hall of Fame. Congratulations Rusty.

Furrbiddenlove finally got herself a win last night! Woohoo! While loading in the gates, the 5 horse (next to her) broke through the gates and Furrbiddenlove thought the race started so she went too, but thankfully our jockey stayed on and was able to pull her up. The 5 was scratched. They reloaded and she stood good, then broke on top and stayed there the whole race!

Thank you to our jockey, Luis Vivanco, for giving her a good ride. And congratulations to her owner, Randy Hughes, for getting a win with his homebred filly that is by his own stallion and out of his own mare. It’s always that much sweeter when you bred and raised them!!

It's a sad day. We lost Surf Furr today due to colic . Thanks Dr Amy Jackson for dropping everything and heading our way as soon as I called . Unfortunately it was too late. Thanks Benton Johnson for helping us with the burial. And thanks to everyone that believed in him and supported him. He'll be dearly missed.
