It’s Hannah’s turn to introduce her pet! Here’s what she had to say about her boy:

“There’s not many things I love more than to show off my favorite boy! This is Tucker! He is my 9 year old Border Collie/Pomeranian mix. I’ve had Tucker since he was a puppy and he has been the best companion. He is crazy, fun, loving, and always brings a smile to my face. His favorite activities are his daily walks, cuddling, playing with his favorite toy (his giant blue ball), and watching out the window for anything exciting he might see.
I’ll always be thankful for the love and fun Tucker has brought to my life. A dog’s love is special and I’m grateful I get to experience it. “

It’s Brittany’s turn to introduce her cute pets! Here’s what she had to say about her fur babies:

“I have always wanted to work with animals, and I have always had a love for them. Growing up on a farm kind of grew that love. Allie, my rough coated collie, started it all. She was my first fur baby, but sadly, I lost her 2.5 years ago. I currently have 3 cats and 2 dogs. Bella, who is 11 years old, is my oldest cat I got in college to be my companion. Next was Gracie, my sweet 10 year old Pittie who has been through a lot with me after I rescued her. Following her was Holly, my 8 year old, long-haired kitty that was found at my neighbors as a kitten. Then Nila can come into my life. She is now 8 years old as well. Finally, to wrap up my lovely fur babies is Donatello, or Donnie for short, he is my 4 year old special needs pittie baby. So, needless to say, I love what I do and love all animals.”

Jennifer is up next to introduce her pets! Here’s what she had to say about her group of fur babies:

“While I'm more often known as the crazy cat lady at work, and for good reason, I do have many other amazing pets. Renegade is an enthusiastic about everything English Setter. 7 Chickens, 2 reptiles, 2 tarantulas, and 5 beta fish make up the rest of the brood. I have 8 cats at the moment and while I always say no more, I can never guarantee that. Julia, Wanda, and Pietro were dropoffs from our former dairy farm. Buttons was born on the farm, adopted out, and came home 6 years later. Bucky came to me at 3 weeks of age and has grown into quite the personality. Rose and Diana were acquired through clients at work at 5 weeks and 2 weeks of age respectively. Miss Monaco is the newest and was a fun road trip with a bestie to Lancaster to pick up some delightfully feral kittens. My pets get me through the rough times and I can never spoil them enough.”

Next to introduce their pets is Deb! Here’s what she had to say about her fur-babies.

“I started working here 25 years ago. When I moved here from North Carolina, I had one cat named Jasmine. She was a charcoal Persian. My husband, Barry, already had a cat named Dakota. Then, I had a Persian named Dustin. After that I found out I was highly allergic to cats so I started rescuing dogs. I ended up rescuing several shelties, my LhasaPoo named Dinky, and a Yorkie name Biskuit. Then, I rescued Scarlett from Mending Hearts Rescue. She’s a Chinese Crested Chihuahua mix. A couple years after that I rescued Stormy. He’s a Spitz Chihuahua Mix. He came from a very bad place. He was left in an apartment all day with no food or water and he had been abused very badly. Currently, Scarlett and Stormy are our babies to love on. My husband and I love to rescue. We feel that it is our calling!”

We are going to be introducing our pets over the next couple of weeks! First up is Dr. Bloomquist! Here’s what he had to say about his pets:

“I have been blessed with pets all my life. Those of you who have been with us a couple decades will remember my two 120lbs South African Boerboels who were my 24 hour, 7 days a week companions/office dogs, Jed and Micaiah.
My present dog, Zach, was rescued off a Tennessee road by my wife, Caroline. She was with her 80 year old mother coming back from Lowe’s at night. They swerved around something in the road and saw it was a dog and thought it might still be alive. Caroline did a U-turn and stopped in front of the dog. Her mom got out and carried the puppy back to the car.
They took Zach to a TN veterinarian and since he couldn’t stand- recommended euthanasia. My wife declined as they had posted on Facebook looking for any owners; even though it was obvious he was a stray. Long story short- God wasn’t ready for Zach. Caroline brought him back here and after some extensive surgeries and treatments he is 9 years old now and thriving.
Our cat, Yoda, is our grandkitty. My son is in the U.S. Army and is deployed to Germany. They could only bring 2 of their 3 cats over there. We will have our grandkitty for 3 years now.
I thank God daily for the pets He has provided for my family and me all our lives. I look forward to reuniting with my beloved pets in Heaven.
We are blessed to treat your beloved pets. We focus on preventing health problems! Thank you all for the privilege I have of treating your pets, meeting all of you and following my 50 year old life goals! God bless you, your families, and your beloved pets!”
