Hello everyone! Thank you for all the kind words during this new journey for me and my husband! I wanted to let you guys know I will be holding 2 raffles before I take off for my maternity leave in November. I have 2 baskets I will be raffling off, one for Diapers and one for Wipes. All you have to do to be entered in is bring a pack of wipes or a pack of diapers. The more packs you bring the more entries you will receive!

The Diaper basket consists of:
A $50 Chewy Gift Card, two mini wiffy scents (Dog cologne), fuzzy dog blanket, a dog toy, and a lick mat. The Wipes basket consists of:
A $25 Chewy Gift card, two mini wiffy scents (Dog cologne), fuzzy dog blanket, a dog toy, collapsible water dish,and a slow feeder insert for a bowl. If you would like to participate please message me for a drop off time or you can bring it to your next appointment by October 31st. Also all diaper sizes are welcome for my growing baby boy!

As most of you know I am expecting! I wanted to give a heads up that I will be closed November and December for maternity leave. I also wanted to mention I am grooming less dogs in a day so I have been scheduling out a couple weeks. I do have 2 raffles I will be posting about in a week or two. So keep an eye out for those! Happy Holidays, I just want to let everybody know that we will be closed from December 23rd till December 27th. Any messages I receive over the break I will respond to as soon as I get back to grooming on Thursday. I hope all of you and your pups have a Merry Christmas! ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ

Hello everyone!
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to groom your pets! This is an update on some new procedures I would like to start acclimating. First off this is a mass text, I want to let everyone have a copy of my policy so we can all be on the same paw haha.

If you pay electronically there will be a Square, PayPal, etc. service fee in addition to the standard sales tax. I love the luxury of offering cards and electronic payments, but the fees add up. Cash is always a plus and will not have any fees!

Next up, I want to be able to keep your pups and other pets including mine safe. If your pet has fleas on them there will be a charge depending on how many. If there are too many fleas you may be asked to leave and reschedule after you get them treated. If your pet is too aggressive that I can not safely groom them we will let you know that we can not finish them. These situations will result in me keeping your deposit or a fee of $20. If your dog or cat is aggressive and takes me longer to groom there will be a fee at my discretion. My biggest thing is to keep every pet safe and healthy!

Please take your pup outside before bringing them to get groomed! I know alot of pups get nervous and can have accidents but this should help some. Please have your dog on a leash and cat in a carrier when handing off at drop off.Please remember that it is just me doing all the booking and grooming. If you wouldn't mind scheduling your next appointment at the time of pickup that would be great! That means more family time for me!

Also please arrive no more than 5-10mins before your appointment and pickup time. When I have someone arrive earlier, it can distract my current pet and make it take longer. If you do arrive early please wait in your car.

For the deposits, if you already have an appointment set up dont worry about it for that one but all new appointments will require a deposit. I do require a 36 hour notice for a cancellation, the deposit will cover the no show fee, however if there is no deposit on record you will need to pay the fee in order to reschedule. I would like everyone to text initial underneath this so I know you have received it.
Again thank you so much for choosing me as your pets groomer! I love each and everyone of them as my own!
