Farrah, our LONGEST RESIDENT, just returned from our Doggy Day Out program. Farrah is a perfect example of a dog who gets walked by day after day. If you have been to the shelter, you have seen Farrah does not present well in the kennel because of barking and jumping but LOOK at this pup being perfect for our volunteer, Brandi.

If you are ever in doubt about how that one dog may or may not be the perfect fit for your family, just ask for us to bring them out of the kennel.

Please come by and visit Farrah. She needs a second chance. Thank you Brandi for this opportunity.

Merlot had the time of her life with a doggy day out adventure yesterday and guess what just happened?!?!

MERLOT IS NOW ADOPTED by a wonderful person who just came by to visit.

When our amazing volunteers take advantage of our "Doggy Day Out" program, our dogs get to exercise and are able to release some pent up energy. In response, potential adopters get to see the REAL personality of the dog.

Our baby boy Amos got to experience his first Doggie Day Out, and boy did he surpass our expectations, and enjoyed himself immensely! Amos may act very scary here at the SPCA, but in truth, he is really just making himself look big and bad because he is a timid boy at heart. Amos needs an adopter willing to help him expand his boundaries and gain confidence in himself and in the world around him.
Can you be that person for him?
