Molly has been thinking about an egg hunt for the horses all week! With Dancer back home she made it happen and Gigi joined in on the fun. The eggs were filled with horse treats 😉 everyone had fun!

Bring on winter (and summer ) We installed 18 thermal buckets today to prevent frozen water and eliminate the need for heated buckets.
These will also cut down on bacteria in the summer as they help keep the water cooler Erik definitely approved of this !

Busy week so far at the farm ! We welcomed three new horses Ruby, hawthorn and Amir to the family. And we had our friends at valley fencing in west liberty hook us up with some new fence and a hay feeder found its way in the mix ! Now we have 4 nice winter turn out paddocks to keep our good pastures healthy along with our horses !

Happy Day of the Horse to all of the amazing animals that blessed our family with so much. They have taught us life lessons, resilience, tenacity, humility, love, and so much more. They have brought so many amazing people into our lives that we are forever grateful for. So today and everyday we celebrate them.
