🐾 At Once Upon a Tail, we pride ourselves on providing excellent care for your furry friends! Our client hours are Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm. Even after closing, we're busy making sure our boarding pups are cared for and our facility is spotless. 🧼
On weekends, we have two-hour slots from 9am to 10am and 5pm to 6pm for drop-offs and pick-ups. These specific times help ensure a smooth transition for our boarding dogs and prevent overstimulation. Trust us with your pet's needs - we've got you covered! 🐶

Attention: Kennel Cough Alert

We regret to inform you that a couple of our canine residents have been diagnosed with kennel cough, a highly contagious respiratory bacterial infection. Kennel cough is comparable to the common cold in humans, causing symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, a runny nose, and eye discharge.

Although we diligently maintain a clean environment and keep our dog groups small to minimize the risk of infection, these situations can occasionally occur. We kindly request that you keep your pup at home if they exhibit symptoms. This will help prevent the spread of the bacteria to other dogs.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience, but we believe it is crucial to prioritize the health and well-being of all our furry friends. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
