Meet Tori! This little petite girl is just over 6lbs with a TON of personality and love to give. Her beautiful tabby/tortie color mix is stunning and only surpassed by her very interactive, friendly, and playful personality! Tori's birthday is estimated at June 30th 2024. She was living a less glamorous life on the streets and had 1 litter before she was rescued. She is now spayed and done with that life. She's been very appreciative to live the life of an indoor kitty. She is combo test negative, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and ready for her new home! Introducing Roxie! She is a beautiful 10 year old fluffy tabby girl that was surrendered because the owners she's had her whole life decided, or had to, move someplace where she wasn't allowed. She is understandably sad and confused. Roxie is a sweet affectionate girl that may take a little while to warm up and feel totally comfortable. The Blount County Humane Society is looking for dedicated animal lovers to help with all kinds of cool things at our Animal Rescue. Animal Care, Dog Walking, Cat Socializing, Thrift Store Operation, Experienced Vet Techs, 2 & 4 Legged Friendships and the list goes on. One of our biggest needs is our Thrift Store. If you are an individual and would like to sign up for a day to help that would be great but one of our ideas is if you have a social group of peeps who do things together on a regular basis why not pick a day to take charge of our thrift store? You and your amazing friends can pick your day Mon-Sun and you and your groupies meet at the thrift store for socialization, fun, snacks, and you get to check out customers, sort through donations, answer the phone, all while getting some quality time with the friends and helping the critters at the same time.
