⚡️ Hey Happy Tails Family! ⚡️

Just a quick heads-up — I’ll be closed today while Evergy does some work in the area. The power’s going off after 9:30 AM, so no safe way to keep those dryers and clippers running. 🐾

I’ve already reached out to everyone it affects — thank you so much for being awesome and understanding! 💕

I’ll be back grooming as soon as the lights (and dryers!) come back on. 😉🐶

🎉🐾 It’s Chicken’s 10th Birthday!! 🐾🎉

We may be off today, but our hearts are full celebrating our favorite little boss lady turning the big 1️⃣0️⃣! 💖

If you’ve been part of the Happy Tails family for a while, you know Chicken — our resident shop dog, self-appointed supervisor, professional napper, and treat inspector. 😴🍪
She’s been here since day one — greeting clients, making sure everyone knows who’s in charge (it’s definitely not me 😂), and keeping morale high with her adorable side-eye and sassy strut.

She’s seen it all… the bath splashes, the hair tumbleweeds, and the occasional runaway dryer hose — and she’s handled it all with patience, snacks, and naps in between. 🐶💅

💕 Purebred Day Feature: The Bichon Frise! 🐩

It’s no secret — this fluffy little cloud has a special place in my groomer’s heart! ☁️💖

Bichons are known for their cheerful personalities, soft white coats, and that signature “teddy bear” look that always melts hearts. 🐶✂️

They’re full of love and sass — but that gorgeous coat takes regular maintenance! Consistent brushing, bathing, and grooming keep this cotton-ball cutie in top shape and tangle-free. ✨

Chocolate, xylitol (found in sugar-free treats), and even candy wrappers can make pups very sick. 🚫🐶

Keep those goodies stored up high where curious noses can’t reach, and treat your pets to something safe and dog-approved instead! 🦴💜
