Today we got to groom a skunk. I’m so in love with here. She is beyond sweet. Everyone including clients who stopped in got to meet her and pet. We enjoy all Gods furry friends.

Reports of an "outbreak" of some as yet unidentified canine respiratory illness are scaring dog owners. But veterinarians and researchers aren't panicking.

Attention clients:
There is an unknown/mystery canine respiratory illness running through our entire COUNTRY right now. It is on the news and a hot discussion in the dog world. This respiratory illness is serious and dogs can decline very rapidly. It starts off as coughing and sneezing but turns into lethargy, decrease in appetite and eventually pneumonia.
We have not seen this line of illness in our facility.
We are asking you to please avoid dog parks and other facilities (any place that allows dog socialization, including restaurants) at this time. This is highly contagious and our only line of defense is to limit contact with unknown dogs.
We believe that we can keep it out of our facilities by asking you to be diligent in who your dog is exposed to.
If you need to use a different facility, dog park, etc. please keep your dog away from our facility for 7 days before returning.
I know this sounds harsh but this is the only thing that we can think of to prevent it from being brought into our facilities.
