Rosie is due anytime now. Watching her around the clock.
I haven't been able to fall asleep yet tonight worrying over the labor. It's 1:15am and I just can't seem to sleep. Whew. Worrying about Rosie and her pups and just thinking about everything and my mind won't be quiet. Just love her so much and every single baby she has. It's such a long process and I want to be there for her and care for her and her pups well. Definitely a worried dog mom over here.
She's peacefully sleeping, and hopefully this midwife dog mom will be able to get some sleep in between checking on her.

Mora and Martin don't fare well in this cold. They just get so miserable and chilly.
We didn't have them long enough to put a decent fat layer on them before winter, So they often get a stall all to themselves with deep cozy straw, all the hay they can eat, soaked warm grain 2x day and scratches and pets from me. 💕 Spoiled much? We may raise cattle for beef, but that doesn't mean we don't care for them the absolute best I can.

-We no longer will offer beef shares. Only raising for family. But we can recommend someone else for your private raised beef needs.

Dogs playing (or watching... Bailey) outside while I make dinner.
We feed a variety of good stuff added right to their food alot of the time. Tonight even has fresh home made kefir to promote gut health! Every dog has special supplements, amounts, and verity. Not one dog dish is the same. We change it up often and always looking to better their nutritional intake.
Things we take into consideration when adding to their kibble is activity level, weight, gut health, what their stool looked like that day, pregnant or nursing, in heat or breeding, yeast or itching, bad breath, age, parasite load, sensitivities, and then the normal things like heart, eyes, joints, respiratory, brain, gut, and more!
Even my picky eaters are generally very excited for mealtime! If I just gave plain kibble they would stick up their noses..... Well maybe not Rosie and Cece.... They'll eat anything. Lol

We use them for our puppies and momma's.
If you have any unused bedding or towels etc we will take them!
We can set up a time for drop off or I can grab from you somewhere like church or something.
These things are a HUGE help in our process. Clean bedding for our dogs is so important and then we can just wash and reuse, which saves us wasting extra puppy pads or shavings. This also helps us keep things as sanitary and clean as possible too.

Looking for someone that would want to do my DEEP DEEP clean in my indoor dog kennel.
Basically scrub, scrape, vacuum, wipe down, sweep, mop, dust etc every single surface in my indoor kennel.

Pay is per hour.
I'll supply all cleaning materials.
Probably a few hours of deep cleaning in there needed.
It is heated, so it's pretty comfortable in there.

Message me if this is something that would interest you or even one of your teen kids.

I would actually love someone that would do this once a month. Maybe even twice a month. So it could be a regular thing.
I clean every day, deep clean once a week, and DEEP DEEP clean once a month. If someone was interested in helping me once a week or the crazy deep clean once or twice a month that would be super!

Reminder this is a dog kennel on a farm. There is a lot of mud and hair that is continuously getting cleaned up. This is not just dusting lol, this will take elbow grease..

We potentially have a young adult female German shepherd available for adoption.
She is an Owen + Zoe pup. Super super sweet and has come and stayed with us multiple times so I know her fairly well.
Owner is having issues with her other dog beating this one up and it's just not fair to her or her owner.
Adoption approval with interview before she goes to anyone.
Adoption fee will be discussed.
Spayed. UTD on vaccines as far as I know.
Owner and I would love to chat with anyone interested in giving her a spot to call home!

The Goldens in their new little set up .... It's still not finished, but it's safe and clean! Woohoo! It's been so nice to have a space to put them where they have access outdoors and heated indoors without just running the property. I don't love the Goldens running around when I'm not home as they run off 😂 the Germans are so much more behaved! Haha! Puppies are coming soon! Golden retrievers! So excited!

Everyone is together now! Indoor and outdoor access. Baths happened today and we put up the heat lamp again as it's supposed to be freezing tonight! Everyone is doing really well using the potty outside too! Yeah!!!!
