I redid my white board and proved today that I am indeed ODD! 9 (regularly) coached Youth/Amateurs and 7 horses in training. Anyone want to jump in and fill my empty slots? 🦄 We have a blast together and we haven’t even horse showed! 🦄
“You were given this mountain to show others it could MOVE!”

Horses went ☀️OUTSIDE☀️ today! They are worked, fed, and now tucked in for the night. We are out having ❄️☃️SNOW☃️❄️ much fun! What did you do with your 🌈🌤 day?
The horse with a million nicknames (but really that's all the horses in my barn) and Ms. Smith (Heather Lynn Werkema Smith) had one of their best gos in the showmanship a couple weeks back. Always deserving of a Whoop Whoop at the end, but this one was especially cute.
Though it is difficult to hear (or see) due to nature's interference, this is most of the 12 and Under Walk Trot gang from LOWER MICHIGAN HORSE ASSOCIATION. As I was walking to the pen to coach, I noticed they were all under the lean-to giggling with each other, being generally nonsensical, and having a blast! How can you not enjoy your job, when you have these awesome kids to work with?
