When you arrive at Mason Animal Hospital, you feel as if you are visiting your pediatrician. The bright clean lobby contains an area for your children to play, complete with picture books and toys of all types. Our friendly and courteous receptionists will greet you and your pet promptly and let the assistants know you have arrived to the animal hospital.You and your pet will then be escorted to o

ne of our five exam rooms. Our assistants will ask you a few simple questions to better understand your pet's needs and prepare them for the doctor.When the doctor arrives, he or she will examine your pet and ask you a few more questions to evaluate what is needed.

Be aware!….more pets go missing during the fourth of July weekend than any other time of the year. It’s a 30-60% increase between July 4th and 6th….keep them inside. Make sure to add background noise in the house such as fans, radios, and tvs.

Reminder…remember not to wait to order your pets refills last minute. Refills, whether filled here at MAH or if you need a written script can take 24-48 hrs. The process takes time for filling, labeling, and signing. Doctors are busy and have tight schedules and need time in between appts, surgeries, or emergencies to sign the meds. When they are ready…a text will be sent to the primary cell number. Please remember to update cell numbers if necessary so we can contact you. Thank you!
